I think it's a matter of perspective. Sure, you have a lot of strained muscles and depleted chemical reserves and you feel bad, but the point of a mind is to know that those things happen and to be responsible enough to understand that a medicine has to be replaced if you want to continue feeling the effects. If you started smoking because you could and it was fun, then later realized that your body would need it even though you no longer saw it as fun in your mind you can either learn your lesson and respect nature or become a slave to your own misunderstanding and blame weed because it just so happens to be a strong sensation. I chose to respect cannabis.
