Fitting a 9x9 tent in a 9.5x9.5 room

Think its possible? The room is 9.5 x 9.5 with the door open, so I would still be able to open the to the room without an issue. This also does not include the closet which is like 2x4 sliding doors I ordered a 9 x 9 tent because I was originally going to do it in the 11x12 den at the front of the house but its literally right by the front door so I feel like it would be smarter doing it at the back of the house next to the other room.

It would be very difficult to assemble. You need to lay out the fabric with the base on the floor and then build the frame into the base and then pull all that material over the top and around the sides. If you have half a foot clearance overall then your going to be working with 3" of space on each side.

I would just go with an 8x8 tent or use the room like renfro said.

Maybe how much room do you have above the tent and what kinda tent is it? It would be hard but I think I could do it with a tent that is made like mine. The top and bottom of my tent both completely seperate sections from the walls. So you would spread out the bottom build poles inside of spread out bottom get the top put on without the walls attached. Then you would have to try and get your top zipper started for the walls and reach through the zipper from inside and zip the top wall on. The bottom zipper the same way. My tent has access points built into sides of tent also so if need be to get zippers going from inside the tent could open those and reach out that way. For exhaust my tent has holes on the roof make sure yours does too because too tight on the sides.

I would prefer not to use the room, either swap the tent for a 8x8 or try to make the 9x9 fit.

Its a gorilla grow tent. There would prob be like half a foot above a tent. I mean would a 8x8 make that much better of a difference over a 9x9?

Do you have a friend to help you assemble it?
Because that size will be a real struggle even if the room was bigger.
Don't forget to get your ducting rigged up to your point of extraction before you build your tent up..
I assume your going to be running at least 10" duct and extraction?
Will you have a walkway inside your tent?
What the lighting going to be?

Yes I have someone to help. 8 inch ducting and extraction. There would be a 1 ft walkway since its 2 4x8 tables going inside the tent. 4 hlg 550 v2 r spec going inside this one

Paint the walls white block off the windows except where you will vent hot air and just use the room!! I see 0 reason to use a tent in this situation.
Because I already have the tent ordered. I guess I can cancel it. I mean I can put it in the front room if I really wanted too and throw some panda film up so you cant see it when you open the front door. It will fit in the den its just literally right next to the front door and front window by the door is in the den. I have two 9.5x9.5 rooms in the back that are empty as well. Just not really trying to tear up the house too much and keep everything in tents... I mean it might make more sense to use the rooms idk
