I'll say it again, most distributors post a link to the driver data sheet. The data sheet is a very informative and everyone should download one for a driver they are considering. Don't place your bets on peoples guesses!

The data sheet says the HLG185H has a range of 48-58 volts. your good.

If only they put one less chip on the board. lol damn didn't see that +1V allowance. Good eye.

Only 11$ more. Jameco has a few options.

Then we just need to teach people to read it....... lol. How often do we answer questions here that have the answers already on HLG's QB section's data? Lots of good info on HLG's site!

Stephen, I think you will save yourself having to answer this question over and over if you guys upload a table showing different driver and panel combinations as well as one showing floor coverage options vs panels...

I was wondering when someone started using CSP LEDs in horticulture lights. Was testing some CSP LED boards at work and the intensity of them really surprised me. The HLG's elites seem really small which would be perfect for my tiny ass grows.

[edit] nvm they're apparently discontinued?

How’s everyone’s micro grow going?
:bigjoint:

Great side lighting but i think this guy is looking to light his tent up wall to wall. Pretty sure those strips got some of the worst intensity levels of any lighting source currently used to grow canna. They are mostly for micro grows , so are QB's. Once you move more than 12 inches from them light levels are atrocious.

4x4 grow tent lighting best options are 1000w DE CMH with adjustable ballast, 600w hps with adjustable ballast, 1000w hps with adjustable ballast.
