Probably not going to do it on that budget for that space. Best bet would be to check out LED gardeners site and get a strip build made. If you can strip a wire or wire a plug its simple.
Be about $600 for a non DIY option.
Strips are actually even above QBs and COBs in terms of efficiency. They’re also the cheapest build. Samsung F Strips or Bridgelux EB Strips

Great side lighting but i think this guy is looking to light his tent up wall to wall. Pretty sure those strips got some of the worst intensity levels of any lighting source currently used to grow canna. They are mostly for micro grows , so are QB's. Once you move more than 12 inches from them light levels are atrocious.

4x4 grow tent lighting best options are 1000w DE CMH with adjustable ballast, 600w hps with adjustable ballast, 1000w hps with adjustable ballast.

No sure where you got that info "strips are better" is a pretty stupid statement they are no more effecient than the same exact diode on a different board...

Efficiency-wise, they have a slightly higher micromole per joule ratio than QBs. It’s really simple, I don’t understand what you guys aren’t getting. It’s stupid-simple.

Obviously you don’t. The chips & strips differ in their efficiency. Diodes are one thing, I’m talking a difference in board and lamp level efficiency as a whole, based on physical setup and arrangement. The way the materials that make up the are (obviously) completely different physical setups. That plays a roll in their efficiency.

No they really don't....what diode are you even talking about? There's several versions of strips and QB so you statement can't be true no matter how much you want it to be. you haven't given enough info to be right. Even if you gave all the info you would still be wrong so just give up now.

I specifically said EB and F strips.

Efficiency is a result of how hard you drive the diodes. If QB's and strips are using the same diode, it's up to the builder selecting the driver to determine how efficient it is, no?

For instance. The Bridgelux EB strips are 180 lumens per watt. The QB-288 V2 is about 177, board level. I said the difference was very slight, but the strips are less expensive and slightly more efficient.

180 lumens per watt at how many watts? The harder you push them the lower the efficiency....
