I’m trying again, and have reached about the 3rd week of Veg with these 12 seedlings that I germinated on 1/1.

3 gal Coco with Blumats (added about a week ago)
T5 lighting
Using Botinicare nutrients. Just Base nutrients with CalMag and some House and Garden Roots Excelurator. Trying to simplify things this time.

Any rate, I think these are looking as good as I can possibly do at this time. I was hoping some with more experience might take a look and assist in identifying any deficiencies or issues that I’m missing.

My humidity has spiked since the addition of the Blumat system. I’ll add a DH when I flip. I don’t see the harm at this time with the elevated humidity.

The plant in the last picture needs addressing. 3 out of the 4 are off colored to me. Maybe its the light being on doing it. They look on their way to mustardy color to me

Nothing wrong with a little higher rH during veg. Thats perfectly fine. As you prob know you have to tune that down to under 50% rH during flower to avoid many things including bud rot...

Do you know what the spots are from on this plant?

Curious about the curling tips - maybe wind...Besides that I think they look fine.

No, I’m not sure what that spot is, that was why I included the picture.

I’m keeping an oscillating fan on these plants, and it is blowing over some fan leaves.

I like the Humidity around 60 %, but to be honest I don't think it would hurt if it was higher,I never do that Many plants so Humidity never really gets higher than 60%.There only ever at 60 %,for a short while just after watering .The ones I have in flowering now 4,Large plants when lights are on ,sometimes get to around 55%,but again that's fine .Has for feeding the Highest Ec I go to is around 1.6 ec,not sure what that is in ppms, but that's at round about week 4 on wards of flowering ,till week 8 ,then just water, for seven days depending on the strain,or more important how she looks at the end .The plants in the picture you have put on all look fine to me ,I might say a little light in Color the last one,I would push the feed up a bit ,get some Nitrogen into them.I would all so strip some of those bottoms off,it looks like a full room ,so no need feeding parts of the plants ,that are not gonna reward you, take the bottoms of now ,I would also top ,has many of the tops has possible. This will give you more bud sights .

I.6 EC is about 800 ppm. thats a good place to be mid flower under a 600w

Hey guys, I’m coming into my 2nd week of transition.

The plants have seemingly been thriving the past 3 weeks with this Blumat system. The ‘issue’ I’m having is high humidity. But based on the plants appearance, I’m hesitant to add the DH, which would then spike my temperature. The temps have been perfect.

This is how things are looking now. Very crowded, I’m expecting to remove half these plants next week.

Again, any thoughts are appreciated.

much better sir. proud of ya lol. when you remove half the plants that will probably fix the problem
however i would most certanly raise the temp a few degrees to get rid of the humidity, dont flirt with pm! you can dehumidify the room the tent is in and the ventilation system will pull the drier air in.
Another option is do some lolypoping, less vegetation is less respiration.

Thanks, bro.

That’s a brilliant idea on the DH.

Sup friends, I’m updating this thread. I’m currently in week one of flower, having transitioned and removing 4 males.

Had a couple of hiccups, such as all day power outages due to dumbfucks such as myself and my local power company. That sucked, so
I simply left the lights off all day, resuming schedule the following day.

This Blumat system is still working great, I’m stoked with it, thanks @xtsho , I did have a couple of leaks, one minor caught well in time, the second time was a 2 gallon dump. I keep a 6”x4’x4’ tray in my tent, so it contains the spill well. Cleanup is another matter, and you need 2 people, which I didn’t have, and awkwardly spilled a little bit out of the tray. Cheap pump would fix it also. Any rate, the issues listed are minor in return for the seeming benefit. The other issue is the spiked humidity, which I’m fighting by simply leaving the tent open all the time in a darkened room. Still hesitant to add the DH and fighting temperature. If I do add the DH it will be in the room as opposed to the tent, as @Dynamo626 recommended.

I’m also pleased with this current nutrient system and Coco medium, both from Botincare. The nutrients are the simple Base with 5ml of CalMag, and a touch of House and Garden Roots Excelurator. So far, so simple, so good.

One thing I need to work on is topping and training in the future. I had a couple of these plants get too big on me, and I had to pull the tops down into the trellis.

Here is how things are looking, all input is welcome. Thanks for all the help this far.

Just found about 500 ml of runoff on one of these plants, I’m still dialing in the Blumats after rearranging the system after the removal of he males. This is what I found. WTF?

I’m going to flush them all this weekend. I’ve been using RO water, which is produced slowly, do I need to flush with RO water, or is pH balanced tap at 220-240ppms ok?

That green meter on tje left...that is reading tds at ECx500 ppm right? At anyrate that a helluva return read. You got salt build up in the medium. And explains the low pH read as well. I would flush em out with your tap and 400 ppm of base pH at 6.0 until you bring it down to to around 700 to 900. Or if you have enough r.o. use that with 500 or so of base ppm and about 100 ppm calmag ph to 6.0.
