Functional illiteracy in America

It's an inside joke. You're outside. Sorry.
I am more than comfortable being outside of any community that can contribute nothing to any thread beside vilification of posters who can actually add to the value of the thread.

BTW....who's the joke you're inside of?

What other Maryland municipalities have heard news out of in the last 6 mo. ?
I wasn't going to post this, but just for you since you have to quote 1 post 5 times to create a backdrop for your social commentary, let's make it easier for you.

It seems that reading and math deficiencies in Baltimore are contributing to the loss of customer base of the synthetic opioid industry from not cutting the product enough.
How can you manufacture a chemical substance but not understand ratios?

The Rev. Keith Baily, president of the Fulton Heights Community Association, said he believes some Baltimore corner stores are operating illegally and could be tied into the drug trade.

“Someone else, they were telling me that this fentanyl is being made in these corner stores, and we are fighting about this on the North Avenue area where I’m at, and it’s killing people,” Bailey said.

are you trying to claim that you are not using "baltimore" as a dog whistle to virtue signal your maniacal hatred of black people, nazi?

Your sister tells some good jokes.
They've stooped to using my typos as inside jokes.
Could they be any more lame?
The world wonders.
I'm assuming both of those were rhetorical, correct? ;)

But to viciously swerve back on topic, it seems overall Maryland is middlin' for total state illiteracy as of 2003:
Illiteracy estimates:6% - Minnesota, New Hampshire, North Dakota.
7% - Iowa, Maine, Missouri. Nebraska. North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, Wisconsin.
8% - Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Rhode Island.
9% - Alaska, Connecticut, Montana, Ohio, Utah, Wyoming.
10%-Colorado, Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington.
11%-Delaware, Idaho, Maryland.
12%-Kentucky, Oklahoma, Virginia.
13%-Arizona, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia.
14%-Arkansas, North Carolina.
15%-Alabama, South Carolina.
16%-Hawaii, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico.
17%-Georgia, New Jersey.
18%-
19%-Texas.
20%-Florida.
21%-
22%-New York.
23%-California.

This is based on a 2003 study by the US Department of Education and reported by the National Center for Education Statistics.
I know that 2003 statistics aren't necessarily representative of today but lacking any new data since the 1992-2003 study (according to https://nces.ed.gov/naal/estimates/ ) it's the latest comprehensive data.

Seeming as you would see 1 post that included Baltimore (that you had to quote 5 times to support your agenda) as evidence of "virtue signalling", it really seems to point to your inclination towards your accusation and not mine.

Again, what guilt is it that keeps you focused on race?

You have yet to present any data from anywhere else in the state showing Baltimore is not the only place that generates national news about the topic.

You think every time I say Baltimore it gives you excuse to practice projection of your guilt upon me.
Far be it from me to be a hindrance in your therapy, but one of these days after you've alienated everyone, you'll have to deal with your guilt alone.

Meaningless rationalizing platitude to distract that a theft is what really occurs.

If all people are supposed to be equal, no person or group of persons has any right to force their ideas on another person if the other person respects the reciprocity and peace of that idea.
Enjoy doing your taxes in 2018! Remember, it's never too early to start being a good little slave.
