What movie?

Also what did you eat for dinner?
We both had a nice steak mine was topped with caramelized onions with a side of garlic potatoes and asparagus. While we are out to eat the guys at the table across from me we're quoting Scarface and my wife mentioned she never seen it so right from that moment that meant a trip to the movie store to get Scarface because you can't not watch that movie.

Well actually, to be honest, errr no....... I have not seen Scarface. But to be honest I was very busy when it came out.
I saw like half of it ... so I only know the line "say hello to my little friend", referring to an Uzi or other such subgun I think. The movie contains a very bad chainsaw instructional, and I don't wanna see that sort of tool abuse ever again.

I sauté baby bella mushrooms with my onions, add a dash of soy sauce, fresh cracked pepper, minced garlic, sometimes even a bit of finely chopped ginger!

It's how steak is DONE, lol
Swap out that ginger for a small blob of oyster sauce.

Love oyster sauce with beef. Unctuous, bloody beef.

I usually cook my steak in a frying pan, especially in winter with the grill out of commission. When the steaks come out of the pan to rest, the onions and mushies go in to soak up all them tasty juices- that's half the reason for doing it in the first place!
