your autos are not flowering by themselves. You need to change your lighting to 12 on / 12off. make sure it stays absolutely dark in the 12 off. Also, it is likely to get at least 2-2.5 times as tall as it is now, measure that out and have a plan. Probably involving tying it over, unless you have lots of room to put your lights up, hard to see in the pic.

Not sure what you think the auto part means but no they do not need a 12/12 to flower and the OP should keep doing 20/4. They look great for the setup.
sometimes the gene for the auto ruderalis doesnt come through and it will behave like a photo. A true auto should have already been half way into flowering by 9 weeks from sprout.

Ok yeah I missed the 9 week part, I take that back and agree.
