Greetings fellow herbologists.
I'm coming towards the end of my very first grow (outdoor, UK, Purple Passion from seed) and with luck I'm hoping to have some nice fat sticky buds drying in the loft very soon.
So the attic is dark and it's well sealed and insulated. There's little or no draft. I've obtained a Rhino pro carbon filter which I've attached to a 250w extractor fan that vents out of the roof via the pre-existing bathroom vent (handy). This is where I'm planning to dry the girls.
The question is if the pull of the extractor fan through the filter will be enough to create sufficient airflow?
Should I consider a small rotating fan pointing away from the ladies and bouncing gently onto them? Or is it necessary to have a good source of clean outside air coming into the loft? Another extractor fan working the other way round and pushing air in?
I've got a fan speed controller on the way from Amazon as it seems the 250w fan might do the job just as well at half speed; plausible?
Many thanks for taking the time to read this and apologies if it's been asked before.
