are u going to agree with the us base being surrounded by Turkish military and power to base cut off based on the CNN link or is CNN a tinfoil news?

Here's an RT piece about the situation,its Russian news but I've found them 80% no hype good source that shows Turkish Parliament accusing CIA of coup,I'm not going 2 keep feeding cites until we can agree what I've gave r reliable

To anyone who has not actually studied law, like governments expects of you... assuming you are a competent voter and citizen...

1. Criminal Law- is a system of laws concerned with punishment of individuals who commit crimes.
2a. Crime- is any act or omission in violation of a law prohibiting it, or omitted in violation of a law ordering it.
2b. The government cannot prosecute an individual for conduct that was not declared criminal at the time the individual acted.

Please can some one cite the public law that declares using a private e-mail server is a criminal act? If there is no public law that declares using a private e-mail server is a criminal act... there is no crime associated with using a private e-mail server.

I was hoping buck would read & respond 2 the cites he asked for about turkey,but he won't .
