Nice work Bict,

Actually getting a G up to do an outdoor grow now.

Have you moved your work inside now?
Setting up for another outside grow soon?

What are planting guidelines?
Something to do with Mother's Day and fathers day isn't it?

Lol

Your thread was a great read , nice looking bud in the end!

Good job

Ty, this was my first major outdoor grow. I feel I've learnt a lot from this test run and will improve tenfold next season.
I sure am, I'm germinating my 20 fem seeds around 24th of July and hope to have them under my 220w 4 bulb T5 on the 29th. I'll then veg them until end of September to the beginning on October (Between 24th Sep - 9th October). This extra veg time I hope will help a lot. With this grow journal, I only had them under a cfl for 3 weeks before I put them out.
They are also going to be placed directly into the native soil, although I will amend this with organic compost and perlite. Additionally I've taken down a few more trees to let more light into my area and extended my fence considerable.
The strains I'm running are
  • HSO - Green crack x 3
  • HSO - Black dog x 5
  • HSO - Bubba's gift x 1
  • Bomb seeds - Cherry bomb x 3
  • Dinafem - og kush x 1
  • Dinafem - Cheese x 2
  • Female seeds - C99 x 3
  • Greenhouse seeds - Jack herer x 2 ( only because they were free seeds)

Oh, and I've gone with 8 week or less strains to try combat my climates mold problem ( with the exception of cherry bomb which is 8-10 weeks). The two pounder and white island were both 9-10 weeks which is too long. I ran 13 plants last season and only 11 to completion, 2 died from extreme weather/took to long to start flowering.

Ill be real interested in the Black Dog ur doing this season due to its anti mold properties.

In your strain research did you find and /or will you be growing any Sativa dominate plants?

Its more for its quick flowering them mold resistance. Trying to out pace the rain. Its meant to flower in 6-8 weeks. So even if I have to pull early it should be near done or at least enough.

Green crack by Humboldt seed org is a heavy sativa dominant that flowers as quick as an indica (8 weeks) and is considered a commercial strain. C-99 by female seeds is the same but quicker (7weeks), also considered a commercial strain. I'm running both this season coming :).
