We have folks beating down our door to get our biz thanks to a credit score of 798 and lots of money in the bank. ;)

If I had to guess 90% of the members posting to this forum couldn't qualify for a mortgage. Forget the car load term if they could qualify, would probably have to be 6 years for a cheap used Ford Focus.
I have 2 new Tesla's on order & will pay cash....

Businesses do not sign contracts agreeing to a tax rate.
clearly you have never actually started a business.

when i started mine, i had to sign a document with the state of colorado assuring that i would pay all taxes associated with my business, from the 15.3% FICA to taxes on profits and beyond.

the fact that you have never started a business explains why you have never paid taxes either.

what the fuck is with all these broke ass idiot republicans thinking they know how money or businesses work?

You believe only the government can restrict liberty, I just showed you an example of how employers do restrict liberty by exploiting their workers labor

If labor is exploited, liberty is restricted because it is an oppressive restriction imposed by authority

Words have meanings

A corporation gains power to harm people from its government protections and alliances. They are intermingled.

Hence, why a Free market is the solution, a monopolistic government and a monopolistic corporation are not features of a free market. Problem solved.

I felt the exact same way when Trump said wages were "too high"!

Wtf?!

Yet you still have retards in the republican party who make minimum wage cheering for the guy.. Raising taxes is straight up communism, but lowering wages is totally American! Exact same effect, simply a different method of execution.. it's almost unbelievable..

This is very telling.
You imply trump says that wages are already too high. He never said that. He said making the minimum 15 would be too high.

Are you capable of objective honesty?

Trumps tax plan leaves the poor and low middle completely tax free. A couple at 50k isn't taxed in his plan. You say he wants to make it better on the rich?

Cavuto: "Mr. Trump, as the leading presidential candidate on this stage and one whose tax plan exempts couples making up to $50,000 a year from paying any federal income taxes at all, are you sympathetic to the protesters cause since a $15 wage works out to about $31,000 a year?"

Trump: "I can't be Niel and the reason I can't be is that we are a country that is being beaten on every front. Economically, militarily, there is nothing that we do now to win, we don't win anymore. Our taxes are too high, have come up with a tax plan that many, many people like very much, it's going to be a tremendous plan. I think it'll make our country and our economy very dynamic but taxes too high, wages too high, we're not going to be able to compete against the world. I hate to say it but we have to leave it the way. it is people have to go out, they have to work really hard and they have to get into that upper stratum, but we cannot do this if we are going to compete with the rest of the world, we just can't do it. So do not raise the minimum I would not raise the minimum."

"Taxes too high, wages too high". He says America can't compete with other countries with lower taxes and lower wages, and in this next clip he confirms his previous stance and adds that "I think having a low minimum wage is not a bad thing for this country."

People like you see his tax plan and eat it up because you don't understand economics. Poor and lower middle income people already pay low taxes, remember Romney's gaffe that "47% of this country are takers" that you guys love to remind everybody about? Lowering the tax code across the board - Trumps plan - helps those that pay the majority of income taxes, i.e. the 1% of income earners. He want's to shave more than 15% off the top bracket. I've already done the math for you guys in another thread, it cuts the revenue brought in by more than half. What do you think happens to social safety net programs if we cut half the revenue that provides for them? They get cut and the people that use them get fucked, exactly as planned.

There is nothing stopping individuals from building the same kind of monopolistic empires in a world without government, except in that world, there would be nobody to reign them in

That's all fine and well. But it still doesn't mean you're being honest about his words.

He never implied or said that wages are already too high. Where he said that was in direct response to the 15 minimum.

I agree with you that the corporate world could still be profitable if it paid more. That money shouldn't go to the bottom. It should start at the low middle.

No one worth a fuck works for close to minimum wage. We need to support spreading the wealth a little. You can do this by promoting tax breaks to corporations that have generous profit sharing programs for full time employees.

High taxes on the wealthy don't inspire revenue the way you think. It stifiles growth. Low taxes promote growth.

Top it off with your sole motivation seeming to be a strong amount of envy and contempt for the rich.
