operation pull the wool is in full effect. electrician coming by so that i don't have to risk electrocuting myself. uhaul parked and waiting to be loaded in the dark of night tonight. wires to ballasts all labeled for easy reassembly.

the dude and his wife at the uhaul place are even cool with our situation and gonna to let us park it in their secure compound so i don't have to leave the thing in a walmart parking lot. brother in law will be by tonight and staying the night to help me rehang the old door and prep the truck.

poo still runny, appetite non existent.
i didn't know you were sick..you're always sick around her..is she poisoning you?

i'm glad you put the uhaul idea to work.

Your landlord is going to install solar panels on a rental house??

Who pays the electricity??

Sounds FISHY to me....

He probably noted the excessive electrical usage and wants to check the house for a pot grower.

electrical use information is very confidential.

source: another landlord from right here in the same state.

i'm not sure if he's installing them. solar city is just stopping by with him to check it out.

it;s boulder county, lots of houses, rentals and otherwise, have solar panels. probably about a quarter of the houses in this neighborhood alone.

You didnt mention who pays the electricity. I believe an owner can check the electric usage of his own property. I would be very surprised if they could not.

Why would an owner spend thousands of dollars to reduce the electrical costs for a renter?? Especially for a renter who has not asked for it??

Story stinks like 3 day old fish...

we pay the electric.

solar panels up the value of a home.

maybe he wants to sell the thing once our lease is up. or maybe he just wants to rent it for more eventually.

he's not even entering the house either. the electric box is on the outside of the house. i'm just playing it safe.

You mean they will fake the numbers until after the election??
your track record when it comes to spewing about fake numbers and elections is, to put it in the kindest way possible, dismal.

to put it more bluntly, your track record when it comes to spewing about fake numbers and elections is a case study in delusion and outright mental retardation.

ok, let's go with your theory.

my landlord, who by law has no way to view my electric bill, is coming by with solar city not to improve the value of his home, but to bust me for growing by never entering my property.

that's just super legit.

stick to botching basic historical facts, like you did to start this thread. you're much better at that than at spinning conspiracy theories.

if you have solar panels on your house you can ask for more rent or sell at higher

seems like he's just getting a quote because someone talked him into it.

happens all the time..maybe he saw something that told him how to increase his investment..more ROI than sitting in the bank.

The timing is wrong.

If you are going to sell a house you do not put stuff like solar panels into it because you are not going to recoup the money. Sometimes a kitchen or bath remodel will get you some $$ but usually it is a wasted investment (this is for retail homeowners, not flippers).

A landlord is not going to try to increase the value of a property in the middle of a rental. He might do it at the beginning or end of a rental.

A landlord is almost never going to shell out money to reduce the cost of the renter's utilities.

If I wanted to do an inspection of a property but not tip off the renter I may say that I was doing an solar panel inspection if I needed an electrician to put an eye on things.
