Jail Gets a Bad Rap

I have been Hindu since I was 14, so I use Marijuana/Bhang. And I always told my Probation officer it was my Religion from 14 to 18, and said that it was wrong that they would put me on probation for worshipping my God and that after I got off probation I would continue practicing my Religion, so they didn't like me.

If you are asking what judges think of me. Judges usually like me. I am a student of the Eloquent Peasant and I make sure the judge feels both respected and knows that I know their position. I do shower, I am clean. Whether I wear my hair short or long the judge is usually interested in what I have to say because it is so different than what the prosecutor says.

No people are very interested. I have held Charas (hash) making lessons while everyone else went to Christian church after the Christian priest said I wasn't allowed to be Hindu in the non-denominational service. And I had 2 Rig Vedas, so let other people read the 2nd one and everyone always wanted to know what I was reading, and guards felt threatened when I silently read for hours, so they started making book rules in the jail. But then they kept letting Christians bring their Bibles places (which they hardly read), that is my next lawsuit. And I am not lawsuit happy, these things just all happened very quickly after I came to Texas.

Hey, they let native Americans eat peyote, drink Ayahuasca, and smoke weed on tribal land. Most people don't understand the connection between Hindus and bud. But it has been used for longer then both peyote and Ayahuasca. I read something like 4000 years. Only alcohol out dates it.

Yeah, I'm in College Station TX. The cops here will kick down your door for weed odor and the jails refuse to give crazy people there meds, or cancer patients pain medication.

I had that corrupt ass lawyer and one time my own step grandfather was my lawyer and he said "If it's your religion call the ACLU" and they have never even responded to me except once to say they would not take the case. But I have since then studied their cases and built on them.

I know a lawyer is supposed to be more worried about what the judge thought than what they thought of me. And usually my lawyers judge me worse than the judge.

And I have won every case where I didn't waive my Rights. I have 0 convictions on my Record now, partially because I studied the law, partially because I never break a law that doesn't have to do with my religion.

I say that because Texas affords extra Religious rights. America accommodates "Religious Exercise" but Texas' Constitution says "According to your own Conscience" which is similar to the UN Declaration of Human Rights which says you may change your religion at will.
