Hello, in first place excuse my english,
I usually grow outside, as a hobby I´m making a micro indoor and are going to go DIY, I´m using a 60w cc driver and would like to know if it´s better to use that new full spectrum phosfor leds or maybe making the classic red, blue, IR and Uv set up.
I suppose it would be easy using full spectrum leds but I don´t know if they are doing good.
Thanks in advance, Nice forum¡

Hi everyone am looking to set up my first indoor grow and need a little advice, the grow tent is 32x32x63 inches was looking to use a 800w led light says there 10 w leds and with a 6 inch 240 cfm inline fan will this be enough to grow 2-3 plants wondering if it is to much light don't want to burn my plants and if i could go down to 190 cfm on the fan since i heard leds don't push to much heat just want a Little grow setup that doesn't make much noise thanks

Spend the extra money for CXB models. Either works great, but the 3590's have more lumens and better PAR and ppfd.

This single 46inch Strip gives 4500 lumens L235-4080AULM5JAI0
Just remove the adhesive tape on back and apply to a heatsink or Aluminum C channel.
Plenty of strip options on digikey

3,000-4,600 lm for 18"x48"= 6sqft doesn't sound like much.
It's not much, as I said I'm not growing weed. So I'm looking at a strip of L235-4080AULM5JAI0 on 2" x 46" heat sink and powered by APC-35-700, which would give effectively 3600 lm of output for $82 including S&H? Have I mathed this properly?

Edit: if you are under driving at 700ma instead of Max 900 then I think u can get away with 1" instead of 2" wide HS

God dude, GE bright stiks put out 1700 lumens and they're $4-6 a piece.

Hello I'm new on here, so go easy on me:? I have a 120x120x200 tent or 3.2 ft deep 6ft wide and 6ft tall? , a 5' carbon filter due to me yielding far more than I expected from a outdoor grow(fim'd and lst) , and now I'm in need of some lights for my first indoor grow, due to me moving house I'm unable to grow outside. I was going to go with Some mars hydros 2's but after some research, cobs seem to do a better job, which led me to post here. I'm planning on using the lights to both veg (6weeks) and Bloom 4 /5 plants in soil and from what I can gather I'm looking at getting some 3590s powered by hlg—240h-c2100b power supplies, 90 degree lenses and holders, would this be correct? If not what do I need? I'm unsure how many lights and power supplies I will need though, and what mixture of k values would be best. The lights and power supplies I will be getting from kingbrite on alibaba.com. I'm planning to use aluminium as a heatsink with pc fans as additional cooling,i live in a industrial area that specialises in metalwork , so I may be able to source locally but any information of suppliers would be helpful . Any help on sizing /grade of any components would be appreciated too. Thanks for your time!

You can put 3 3590's (36v) on every 1 hlg240h-c2100"b" hopefully for dimming.
