sorry they didnt upload ive been missing watering days lately because of work i haven't been home, i came home to this i watered them all. hoping that was the cause, i water them a half galloon or so before leaviing for a couple days
Yeah looks like under watering, they look like 5gal pots which should take 1 1/4 gallons or so per watering to get some run off if they're dry. If they're 3gal they should take around 3/4 gallon. When they hit 4 weeks or so they'll suck up water quick and dry out, they look like they can recover, just water them heavier once they dry out. Cheers.

harder to take pictures with the 400hps, i bought a new bulb but the ballast is old, probably over 8 years. But the light is running, but Idk if its operating on full load, are ballast cut an dry ? either it lights the bulb or doesn't ? or have anyone experienced voltage drop or partially lit bulbs ?. I'm assuming the color light is the different spectrum, big difference from the cmh

On a side note, I can't smell anything in the room what so ever, if wasn't for the humming sounds from fans and the ballast, i wouldn't know it was there. When i open up the grow however its the smell of of fruitiness. just amazing.

Yeah completely different light and spectrum, not a bad thing mixing spectrum though, they should do well if you can manage the temps. They (ballasts) can go a lot of ways but if it fired and isn't humming loud you're good to go. Sounds like your scrubbing is working well. Plants look good!

Looks great and very close. Overall though I think it can mature just a little more, maybe another week. Hard to tell from one bud pic, have a look at all the buds and once you see no more white "hairs", the brown/redish one's are curled, and trichs are mostly cloudy it's good to go. Harvesting is a matter of experience/preference which you'll get after a few grows, there's a point at which I look at the overall plant without scoping the trichs and know that it's ready, some of that is also strain specific. Even if you pulled that now it looks mature and nice and frosty, should be some nice smoke :)

So despite the seeds??? Better pics hopefully
Yeah, they're pretty well ready so if you haven't found any bananas on any of them that could pollinate any other flowering plants you may have, no worries leaving them a few more days.

If you have seeds they've either been exposed to pollen from other plants, or they may have hermied and generated a few seeds. While I wouldn't grow out the seeds unless you know they were pollinated from another male somewhere, the smoke will be no different other than the seeds which you can just pull out. If it's personal smoke, seeded bud is no different than sensi bud imo. I breed on purpose and anything that I grow for seeds goes into either a personal smoke jar (chopped up from getting the seeds out), or into my hash bin. Only worry is where the seeds came from, takes a long time to grow out seeds and if they're prone to hermie, you'll likely end up with some hermie's from those seeds, they'll be fem seeds but questionable genetics. If they were somehow pollinated by a male, bonus, you have a bunch of free seeds. Hopefully you're not depending on selling the bud, if it's personal smoke no worries, it's all good.

that 315w looks like it was doing really well! I've been looking into them a bit but don't know much about the ballast, do they need a 400w magnetic ballast? I've never heard of 315w ballast before...? and I almost forgot to ask, but how big is that closet?

The 315w has a built in ballast with the hood, temps were great with this light was just wanting more light.for flower, you can view other grow blogs with them using this light all the way through and getting great results

I did, the most informative was on youtube. One guy is flowering LEC vs HPS and the LEC is kicking butt. 3-315w vs 1-1000w on a rail. not sure if he's 3500 or 4200, but the 1000w was pretty close to the canopy, if not as close as the 315w's and the development comparison was incredible from top to bottom.
