Alternatives for heated seedling propagator

I've currently got some seeds in a few pots sitting on top of the boiler.

It doesn't get too warm at most, 18 degrees c

What do you guys do when you first plant your seeds before they sprout.... Where, and what conditions do you leave them in?

Or, if possible any makeshift ideas that replicates an electric propagator.

Thanks :hump:

Small problem with that, you can't grow jack shit without heat. And especially in winter time. That's why I'm asking very fucking politely I might add. Is there any alternative to a seedling propagator?

Well troll me, if that's what your best at. Go ahead. Mr Queefking

For the record, I live in the UK. Here it get's cold. Cold = Bad - Bad = No plants..

Sorry for being so edgy about the situation, and posting alot. But I just want clear advice on how to keep these young potted seedlings warm so they don't die.

its not hard.
what im best at is advising, except you havent listened to any of the advice prominent members have given you in multiple threads about the same topic .

im not surprised you resort to insults

ooh look a cloning area for like $5, works for seed too..
hook up a hot light bulb, instant heat. not hard to control.

ya i think i know what happens in cold. ive told you 80-82°f is ideal. ive expiremented in 2°increments down to mid 60's and high 80's. ran a couple thousand seeds last year. know what im talking about. try and listen

its the same as any other standard bulb no? online anywhere, you have amazon?
what is it an e14 extension? and an outlet adapter plus y splitter. hook bulbs straight to yiur outlet/extension cord.
here i just go to an electronic or home improvement store theyre like a dollar a piece

they also make plug in cords you can just screw a bulb in

Give me a break man, damn.

What do I need? And how do I do it? Honestly, I know I need y splitters, which connector port to which. Male to female, female to male? E14 extension, I'm guessing is some sort of specific thing that works for cfls only? I already have a masterplug setup. Adapters, well I have no clue on what I should be getting. To be honest, I doubt I'll be able to grow anything. It would have been nice, however how I've been treated so far on this site has led me to believe that I'm incompetent. But I've never had any straight A answers.

i know you have internet. and Google...
i assume you also have credit card possibly pay pal..move yiur mouse over the link and click, or if touch screen simply tap. and purchase, if thats the route you wish to take.

so ive now told you exactly what to do with your medium and seed to get highest ratios.. (something that took me years without riu) ..and given you a cheap method to control temp and rh, via bubble wrap and cfls... personally i like sandwich bags over solo cups, easier to hold high rh, yiu want water beading on the bag

what more do you want?

So I just need a cfl socket outlet adapter? I screw my CFL bulbs in. And then plug the adapter into a socket

Is that all there is to it?

I probably would be better off with T5's. But I just want to try my first grow without it.
