Best post of the thread so far. I am so glad as a woman you see the point and see where im coming from on this. Some women get all crazy about the topic but theres no hiding it. When a woman asks if i think she looks fat in a pair of pants i say yes if its the truth. Then maybe shell skip that stop on the way home at macdonals.
thanks. I am a thin person and while I have great genes, I now have to work my ass off literally. But heavier woman despise me on site. These are the same types of women who get in everyone's face about body acceptance. Go figure.

So what do you eat that keeps you so skinny. I believe that its what you stuff into your face that determines how fat or skinny you stay. Do you have any tips to keepin the hookabelly trim?

I'm well aware that Oprah made that move to fatten her pockets @Hookabelly but with such a massive following I have to assume some will try it and from those who try, some will lose weight and become much more physically fit and that's a good start.

Yes, every meal I eat gets barfed back up into my UG boots, then i hide them in the closet.

In all seriousness: Throw all diet books in the garbage,
eat sensibly and a variety,
lots of excercies and greens
and most everything in moderation. Live life.
Thats what im sayin. If you eat crap all day and no veggies or salads youll end up fat. Chicken wings, pizza, bacon, and hamburgers is the food of the fatties. Good every now and then but after 40 you cant do that all the time.

I'll give ya that, about Boulder anyway. I just spent seven days there and did a lot of walking on the beautiful multi use paths and dog parks. Those folks are certainly trim!

Ya, I'm laughing too, but in reality... I can't decide should I buy anew tip for my truncheon, test strips for my blood glucose meter, or just knock 30 lbs. off my type 2 fat ass?

I used to be all ribs and cock, had trouble breaking 165.
I'm happy having some extra beef on me.

200lbs of ribs and cock is better than being a skinny bitch.

My expert opinion says buy the truncheon tip obviously, and knock 30 lbs off your ass. No bacon or eggs for breakfast, switch the mayo or butter for mustard which is fat free, salads, and start focusing on the vegtables at dinner more. Im down two pounds in two weeks. Thats awesome. Small goals are more attainable than shooting for 30 lbs, and when you get down the 2 lbs you wanted to lose, the next two seem that much closer.

Thats what i loved about working out five days a week. Eating anything i wanted too. ;)
Our bodies don't work that way tho. You can't work out extra hard then eat more than your regular average amount of daily calories thinking it won't stay with you. Your body won't metabolize more cals just b/c you worked out more. It will store whatever it doesn't need as fat. So if you burn 500 more cals and eat 500 more that day, won't cancel each other out. Still sees those extra 300 cals you took in as "extra" so you keep them on.
