It could have something to do with how old your dry trim was and also the moisture level, I found if the trim is very dry and a little old it dries way faster, did you let the dry trim soak in the water before washing ? you may have not soaked it long enough, when drying your hash the Humidity level is just as important as the Temperature :) Also if you microplane your hash for drying it is going to dry a lot faster then if you just chop it
If you could enlighten me on microplaning I would certainly appreciate it. I'm experimenting with this canoli thing:)

Cherry Limeade is not yet available but three new strains are released this year. Check Aficionado IG @aficionadoestates and site www.aficionadoseeds.com. Every release is a limited edition and will be sold out before the next release

Micro planning is the most effective way to separate resin for drying since the finer the particles are the faster they can dry. The problem is that you actually also cut open the membranes of the resin heads with the potential of terpenes loss. If your resin is really sticky there is not much choice but to freeze and microplane otherwise I recommend the metal sieve and metal spoon method

Today I smoked some red lebanon...it is almost red...I don't have the words to explain...it is red brown...and I smoked yellow one too...it is yellow brown...lol
Is it due to the making process?
Or is it due to a certain strain?
Because lebanon should be black no? (Or it is because it is finger hash? And the others aren't!??)...
I never asked but what is the best ratio milky/amber to make ash? (Generally I start flush at 20% amber...at 10% for sat dom...but since I watering only with water I flush all along the grow...lol!

The Red Lebanon is mostly due to the genetics and the fact that the plants are dried standing in the fields, the soil is also red in the Bekka valley.
You want plenty amber for making Hash, very ripe resin heads are the best
