400 watt cfl grow

A little quick math from the boxes of some cfls i have shows that for every 1 actual watt you have about 4.3-4.5 euivelant watts. So if its a 300w equivalent set up you're probably at roughly 75 actual watts.

Never really considered thinking off equivalent watts, but i think that puts mine at 2100 equivelant watts (just over 500 actual) in a 2x3 two level wardrobe. Hmm, that's neat!

Yep but really I was not even worried about wattage as much as I was lumens the 2 big bulbs are 7000 lumens each the 2 med bulbs are 4000 lumens each and 8 small bulbs are 1420 lumens each now for flowering I bought bulbs to replace all bulbs except the big ones so they will all be 2700k color which is almost same spectrum as hps light so that equals 33360 lumens I created a lot of light in small place got 16 plants in a sea of green I'm real curious of out come it seams close to same lumens as 400 watt hid system I don't have to adjust lights and it uses very little electricity One thing I have learned through years is wattage of light not as important as the lumens it puts out

That looks pretty nice! Just make sure you keep that light close to the top and finish out the grow right. Everything you just bought will had paid for itself. There's no reason to not get at least 4 to 6 zips out of that even if things aren't super optimal. Good luck!

Finally putting the experiment plants to dry not bad in this tent where I did that heavy pruning wound up with 1.87 pounds wet weight once dry should be around 1.3 or so. In a 4x4 tent with 600 hid light I would have to call it success my other tent just flipped to 12/12 and now I have to reseed this tent round and round we grow were we stop no one knows to all a good day
