That thing is $550.
And area 51 is their site to purchase them really that simple?
3000k
4000k
& 5000k options?
$174 a piece?
yes its that easy, and those lights will ROck IT,, from both those sites,, and if you buy a cheapy BLURPLE light with those small diodes,, because you fell to slick advertising and big words and switches on top that make it change color,, then you have tossed your money away on weak lighting

A51
pros are lowest price point which can't be beat with any other led
Cons are that its ran hard which is near HID Effiency

GOGREENLEDS
Pros it's the most efficient production Cree cob light out.
4 CXB 3070 for 450 with RIU discount that's best price out there by far for 4 cobs

Cons some people don't want to spend 450

I guess I just don't understand leds. I just want a great led light for under $400.
Its Good your listening and learning first off,, and slow down my friend, slow down,, it is pivotal for you right now to not pull the trigger on a light until you finish what you started here, also look around on RIU in the led section, search on RIU for cxa3070 or cxb3070 or cxb3590 and SEE grows being done and completed under these cobs lights,, you will see real fast just how much better they are at growing weed
I just finished my grow under 2 cxa3070 cobs and they only pulled 104 watts total,, and I harvested 5 ounces of dry bud,,,

if I had to pick one color I would chose the 3000k I have flowered just fine under my 3000k cobs, but many many people chose the 3500 or the 4000 and veg and flower under both spectrums

If you DIY you could get 4x CXB 3590 CD and driver for 325$. Which is by far your best option.
Then I'd say GOGREENLEDS because that's 4 CXB 3070 AB which is 200watts of 50%+ efficient LEDs
Then 2 Area 51 because that's 1 VERO 29 V2 which is 180 watts of about 35% efficient LED

Then I think you can find an HID light for 400$ that's in the 30% efficient area.

So I think that's gonna be what I do. Veg with CFL cools blues, then for first 2 weeks flower change to all warm bulbs, (6 sockets ) and half power go green then rest of flower no cfls, full power GoGreen.
