ecoplus 100 submersible air pump question

Does anybody have any info on submersible air pumps. I bought a ecoplus 100 for a small brew of some fertilizer tea. Is it as easy as plugging in the pump and put pump in water. And will I be able to do this indoors

I think the Ecoplus 100 is a water pump, Not an air pump.

It should work, look into flooming
