It's made from 3/4" oak plywood. It's solid and heavy. I love it. The outside dims are:

29.5"L x 21.5"W x 41.5"H

Just wanted to share what I built with people who can appreciate it. It's almost 100% done.
I've got some very minor light leak to fix and still have to get the filters for the fans. Oh and I plan to hide the wires under some pcv pipe cut if half. I want everything nice and clean looking:bigjoint:IMG_20150311_182132.jpg IMG_20150311_182319.jpg IMG_20150311_182344.jpg IMG_20150311_182501.jpg IMG_20150311_182716.jpg IMG_20150311_182733.jpg IMG_20150311_182758.jpg IMG_20150311_182806.jpg IMG_20150311_182829.jpg IMG_20150311_182941.jpg

very nice looking, like all the detail work on the cab. I think that setup is going to work pretty well. Ive never seen CFL's laid out like that. pretty awesome, always enjoy creative use of PVC fittings.

I got the idea for the light fixture from a Google search. This box should work really well. My initial temp test was better than I had hoped. 74-75F right under the lights. The fans I have move a lot of air.
I'm really proud of this cab. My other 3 attempts at building a stealth cab were failures. Always had temp issues, but not any more!

I have hooks throughout my cab to run the cords through. I also just use ties and roll up stow away the excess wire. I have a very similar cab but, I built a little cubby up top for all the wiring. And you can lift up the top to access the wires and the timer/surge suppressor. Your way is probably better since I run out of room at the top if I don't LST or something. I personally would not cut the wire but, that's on you bro. Very nice looking work.

I see you have 6 pots there.
I am growing in about the same space as you have there.
My first grow. people talked me out of 6 plants to 4.
Man am I glad I did only 4.
Under a SCROG screen, it was NUTS trying to control the stretch.
I did 3 this time and thinking about only 2 next run.
First run, I had some root problems and some other noob shit happen to me but still pulled 7 ounces from them.
Hoping for MORE from 3 plants this time.

So far the cab is running great! Depending on my room temp the cab ranges from 75f-85f. Sorry, but I won't be posting pics of my plants.
However, they are very healthy and happy. Had one issue with one growing into the light and got burned just a wee bit. For nutes I'm using Nectar For The Gods. Really great stuff.
My plan is to build an LED light for this cab but money is a little tight. Just got a new car. And the cfls are working just fine for now.

I may post a pic of the ladies...if you guys promise not to tell my roomy who's paranoid about the internet. haha
