New Evidence in Michael Brown Case

I would have to take the cops word for it..at this time I do not.

You are not required to take the cops word for it. The suspects blood was on the officers uniform and inside the squad car. There was gunshot residue inside the wound to the hand indicating this was at close range. The evidence is your conclusion.

Does not mean he was reaching for the gun..only that he was close when the officer shot. If I was driving in my SUV and grabbed you by your neck or shirt and pulled you close to me and pulled the trigger, I'm sure I would have your blood on my clothes and in my vehicle.
Now do we have any prints on the gun or in the car.

This isn't the Martin case. Although the racists on both sides are the same
you certainly are right, this ain't the martin case. martin was truly a victim of a racist vigilante, this kid got himself into trouble.

the real question is what really happened when he was killed at 25 or so feet away, apparently surrendering.

and yes, this one draws out the racists for easy identification just the same as the martin case.

you seem to have made up your mind that the cop was justified, i still want to hear and see all the evidence before deciding since the four eyewitnesses i have heard from all tell a shitty tale.

Dorian Johnson is either a liar or didn't see anything while cowering and then lied about it.
There is ample grand jury testimony and crime scene evidence to support Wilson's story.

johnson's account matches up pretty well with three other independent eyewitnesses.

there is next to no evidence that brown charged wilson at the end. according to some one-sided leaks, he may have "staggered" in that direction with his hands/arms up. that's all.

How does a car door ricochet off a human body?

Have you taken the "pull your wife thru the car window" challenge yet?

"Over a half-dozen black witnesses who have testified before a grand jury deciding whether to indict the police officer who killed Michael Brown have provided testimony that "largely supports" Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson’s account of events, The Washington Post reported on Wednesday."

from unknown source...could be Jodie or Professor Winkerbomlinks
Your link also links to a story from the Washington Post who had to put out one of these...

[EDITOR’S NOTE: After this story was published, the forensic pathologist interviewed by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and quoted below said that some of her statements about Michael Brown’s autopsy were taken out of context by the newspaper. Read the full report here.]

I'd like the Michael Brown supporters to explain what they think Darren Wilson SHOULD have done based on the known information.

I still require more info, but I think it comes down to one thing:

Did the officer know that he wounded the guy when the shot went off in the vehicle?

Seems to me that you would chase somebody if you knew they were wounded, not continue to fire after he runs away then turns around. But I dunno.. Could have happened so fast that the officer didn't know, and saw what he thought to be a fully capable dude run away after attacking him then turn around as if to try again.

Have there been any toxicology reports yet? I still don't understand the walking down the middle of the street and rushing a cop, especially after just hassling with somebody in a store.

I guess you get one free try at assaulting a cop and trying to take his gun to use on him.
Cops need to know this. That way they wont feel endangered when the guy comes back at them after the first failed attempt
