New Evidence in Michael Brown Case

A white cop that was just waiting for a black guy to rob a store so he could kill him in the street...

All they want is a trial, forget that it is not the way the legal system works in that state. When there is no indictment because there is evidence that Michael Brown attacked the cop in his car, attempted to grab his weapon, got shot, ran away and then returned and got shot dead for being just plain stupid does not make the cop a murderer.
Why is Michael Brown guilty of robbing the store but the cop innocent of shooting an unarmed man?

My point innocent until proven guilty, or is that only for white cops?

Here's my view, regardless of what the kid did the cops in the wrong. Advancements in police weaponry has lead to a lack of proper training, I am sure the kid would have rather got beat down with a night stick, or subdued by physical force then shot. But that's the go to move for police now, instead of trying to use their training that they don't get anymore. Where's the tazer even?

It's shoot first ask questions later, what happened to police learning combat techniques akin to the military, a fully grown man should be able to take down a 16 year old child regardless of that childs size if that man is a trained fighter, as every police officer should be. There is no excuse for shooting a child, especially "he was big"(and black). This whole thing with fat ass overweight mental midget cops in America is 90% of the problem.

Any trained grown man who can't stand up to a child is a fucking pussy straight up and down.

If you don't cooperate with the police, how are they to know that you are unarmed?

1 example of 1 technique, like there's thousands out there.

Jui Jitsu is made to fight bigger opponents, police are supposed to know it. But they sure as fuck won't use it ever.

Age has nothing to do with it when you are as big as michael brown. Cops aren't super heroes, they are human beings. They aren't obligated to injure themselves or to wrestle with you. Don't want to get hurt? Don't fuck with the police.

Tazer? If you recall there were two guys he was confronting. Perhaps you don't know how a tazer works.

A cop rolls up on you and you make a sudden movement for something in your car... great example.

and yes, don't fuck with the police if you don't want to get shot.

Moving quickly to answer a police officers request = fucking with police, check. Didn't realize, I guess I better be careful to move turtle slow next time I'm pulled over

Note pretty sure cop is fired and being charged with attempted murder, so obviously the police force doesn't even see it that way. But unwavering support for police is how America got into the state it's in, so it's not surprising folks blindly support them even when shown an attempted murder on video. Maybe a little on a pot forum.

police are trained to despise law breakers. They are trained to suspect and mistrust the public. They have gang mentality. No man has a right to extinguish a life but exceptions are made by all. When you make that exception whether directly or opinion wise you are justifying murder. In law you are not allowed to plan murder. The game was created with precision. Its strategy and cunningness carefully laid out over generations. We are all in this game.

Had no problems with the cops sunday, when they rolled up on me and my brother beating the shit out of a guy that just robbed us.And they had no clue what was going on,no guns drawn and they did not force me or my brother to the ground either. Now the guy getting beat up did not fair as well because he acted like a ass.
Funny as hell to see someone get tazed...

That's a question specifically addressed here:
Ok so I made an exception for you and watched your video and I must say, it's exactly what I've been saying about liberals (like Buck).

I'll finish this by saying "Keep Obama in President, he gave us a phone, he's gonna do more!"

How was all this Jiu Jitsu supposed to take place with a guy attacking you thru your car window?

I dont think Michael Brown will ever be charged nor put on trial for the theft of the cigarillo's. If you watched the video it was pretty clear what he did however.

The system in that state is for the evidence to go to a grand jury to determine whether there will be a trial.

The cop had bruises on his face, the perpetrator's blood was inside the squad car on the door and the officers uniform from the struggle.

None of the eyewitnesses mention Michael Brown striking the officer yet the physical evidence is pretty compelling.

I have never seen a cop try to pull someone through the door of their squad car into the front seat. That just doesnt make sense. Someone trying to grab a cops gun would have to reach through the window though.

All of the forensic evidence that has been leaked points to the cops side of the story. I dont think the cop woke up that morning wanting to shoot anyone.

So, in my opinion, the grand jury will not indict the officer and this will never go to trial. And the black community will declare racism and prejudice and riot all over again because either they dont understand the system or they just dont care.

I like how the autopsy comes out showing evidence that Michael brown isn't so much the innocent victim, so they protest in the streets. WTH are they protesting?
