I agree it's not a general rule, but it has happened, is happening, and will happen.

Some things are from higher ups. A mechanic doesn't make the decision to let a plane fly 58 times after they reported problems with the plane.

And yes, it can be more rampant in the non commercial industry.

My statement still stands. They have taken shortcuts, are taking shortcuts, and will take shortcuts.

Why do you think it's within your rights to determine marriage equality but not others? You are every bit as totalitarian as the social conservatives.
