Yeah man, I really like the table top better than I expected. I've put of using one for a few years now. I just used it for big fan leafs like you said. It does chop up some sugar leafs and popcorns obviously, but I didn't keep my material because of the abundance of water leaf.
I rolled 12-18 inch branches then hung to dry. Once dry I bucked off the stem into the kids pool, manhandle/ hand tumble, shake screen, then tote.
The table trimmer I used was the 200-300 Chinese knock off from amazon (I think) It works great, and already had a big harvest ran thru it last year.
Perfect man thanks mabey I can find one in person somewhere close I need to get my stuff down fast, ha I'm overloaded over here.
Thanks for the info keep up the good work!

Just me and my girl. I have a few short cuts so It's not as bad as it seems. I like to manhandle dry buds (bucked off stem) to knock off the majority of leaf, then I shake screen out the buds and tote them up the rough draft buds until I can get to them. This saves me a ton of time. I realize that it isn't the best way to preserve trichs, but I haven't had any complaints on my weed :) And my hash material ends up kiefed out of control.
Favorite strain this year would be AK47. She smells like a sweet cherry with a hint of bubblegum funk. Looks like indoor (imo) super weight without being over 6 foot tall. I haven't smoke any yet, so that will be the real test.
Close 2nd is Cherry Pie, she smells great like an dank purple... Still early on her
The cherry pie is fire. So you liking the AK over it says something.

I got a couple new toys for trimming season.

Trim Bin- $45: I bought this because my girl likes to lounge back while she trims. It has a keif collector bottom tray. Seems cool.
Table Top Trimmer- $200: I liked the one I borrowed so I decided to buy one. It's yellow this time
I'll get some more pics when I get it setup in the garage.
