Like i said, I'm not arguing for or against gays or Christians, it's the liberty I'm talking about, and that means everybody's.
you're clearly arguing against the gays out of utter bigotry.

no one who bemoans "the gay agenda" like you did is gonna fool anyone.

NO, I have not.

So if they can't get married there, no one can?

Where are they supposed to get married now? I would imagine the harm they have suffered has left them ruined for life. I hope they live.
Hmmm. Sure.

I am certain that couple wanted to ruin the lives of those gay dudes.

I am also certain those gay dudes wanted to ruin the lives of those homophobes.

No, I suspect that no one wanted to ruin anyone's anything, they stood up for their rights they thought were being violated. The law said they were correct.

so should we also deny civil rights to the infertile?
No one should be denied civil rights. Not blacks, whites, gays, or Alabama fans. Everyone should have full civil rights, based upon the fact that they're human. Just don't require me to agree with everyone's lifestyle.

OK Dumdum when I stand in front of the counter and ask for service at some Public place I'm not really dealing with an individual, I'm doing business with a company if the homophobic behind the counter doesn't want to serve me I'm not gonna force him, He can always quit, making the job available for more open minded person.
Weddings are almost universally private. The Giffords owned the "company" entirely. Taking someone's livelihood if they don't comply with your demands is certainly force.

They could have just as easily moved on to the next place on their list. Which is exactly what they are doing anyways.

I'm sure they are celebrating their victory though. Good for them.

Remember the next time one of your rights is denied to you, don't fight it embrace it.

Or just cry like a little bitch.

Life ISN'T fair. Deal with it like a mature adult. The fact that you can't get married at your first desired place is NOT going to harm you in any way. They were more than willing to host the reception. Why couldn't the couple respect the beliefs of the business owner?

People are not 'crying like a little bitch' when they stand up for their rights.

I cannot say that the way things ended was anything less then suboptimal though, a business shutting down is unfortunate.

Negative, the Christian owned business wants to exercise their !st amendment right to freely exercise their religion..
The gay couple will have to look elsewhere, or move to San Francisco, sorry.
What happens when religion and civil rights conflict?
What happens when religious beliefs do not include allowing, or do include impinging, another's Civil rights?
Who is the ultimate authority: Religion or Government?
