That was the last shot that hit his FOREHEAD, not the top of his head as you misstated. He was probably falling forward due to the multiple shots he had already taken. That shot was also immediately fatal. See, now you misstate events and color them with your own bias to draw a conclusion the facts don't indicate.
One of the wounds was on top of Brown’s head, Gray said.

“To have a shot that’s at a 90-degree angle from the top of his skull to the bottom of his chin, almost vertical, that sounds like an officer standing over him,” he said

It's a fair point, but you can't discount the possibility that he fell forward in the middle of a volley of rapidly fired shots and caught one in the bean. It's completely plausible if he was charging the officer and took a couple hits before stumbling forward.

And it is consistent with the physical evidence and "witnesses".

You got a link? As the above would be a juvenile record, IF, this isn't false/inaccurate information to begin with.

His DOB was 20th May '96

I doubt very seriously any one who is running from a cop that is shooting would then turn around to charge. That kind of thinking boarders retarded. He most likely did what the 3 witnesses said He turned around with his hands up to give up. Cop just lost his cool and kept shooting

EDIT
changed don't to doubt...typo

Before it's news is not a link. Those case numbers also don't match anything on case.net

Sounds like BS, quite frankly as St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's office says that Brown had no criminal record.

Look the brother had a bad day.

The fact is, if he’d spend a little less time fucking around with his blunts and more time understanding physics and the frailty of the human anatomy when subjected to massive amounts of kinetic energy, he might have been alive today.

Teenagers do dumb stuff and take big risks --- sometimes luck is on their side and sometimes not.
