I doubt they have 12 people on record, but we will see. I for one don't take this police department as being truthful. Have not heard or seen one witness that these police talk about

Yes, the FEDS and DOJ have been really helpful. Up to this point they have tried to prevent the release of the 7-11 video which violates the sunshine reporting laws in the state but that never stopped the most transparent administration in history from trying to cover it up...

No but it does carry an arrest penalty.

I'll admit to thinking this was an execution, more or less, when it first came out.

But the more information that comes out it looks like he attacked, backed off, and came back to finish the job.

Brown had probably heard you could close 20 yards quicker than a person could draw aim and fire, and it looks like he was almost on the cop when the final shot caught him on the forehead and ended it.

It had nothing to do with the shooting. I'm still waiting to hear the 911 call from the store owner to see if he even told the dispatch what was stolen. Is the penalty for robbery now death ?

I do think you for providing a link. If we are to have an honest conversation people need to provide there source.
The Feds only have to prove excessive force as a violation of civil rights

I am all for arresting Brown and letting him have his day in court, even if the outcome is jail. too bad that is not going to happen
and Brown had a bullet in the top of his head.. Who the hell runs with there head all the way down eyes facing the ground:roll:

WE WENT THROUGH THIS WITH TRAVAN MARTIN!!!

The penalty for assaulting a police officer and then rushing at him and refusing to obey orders can be a death sentence. Why does NOBODY hold the 6'4" 270# man who committed a strong arm robbery then assaulted a police officer, attempted to take a firearm, and then attempted to attack him again.

FFS!!! Nobody seems to be accountable anymore!
