massive colas there singa :weed:

green 217, aye cut the feed and let her go a few days, though as D said it'd be perfectly acceptable to take it now. I find when feeding up to the last minute most strains will chuck new growth, though i use a weak pk to finish up GH Ripen. may be snake oil to some but i reckon it's a good finish move.
Yeah last few watering on the harvested girl were just that, water. Honestly was leaning towards feeding till the end but ran out of flowering fert. Most of my other ladies are just getting water also. Just feeding fertilizer to the largest one only being it's still got alot of white pistils, but it's not to far away from cutting either. I'm going to try and let the others go a little longer or harvest the top of the plants and let the immature stuff under the canopy fill out some before I chop it all the way down.

Yummy harvest!!

On another note I'm loving the growth that I am seeing on the Fireballs right now. I have 2 going outdoors in the ground at the moment and hopefully 6 clones that will be for indoor.

Thanks BB!

70 days these first two pics are off my largest girl. I am still planning on letting those pistils recede further, you guys agree on letting it go on even though im at 10 weeks of 12/12? No amber on her as of yet worth mentioning. on my others ladies im just waiting for trich development and they are getting the chop. Idid harvest one other 2 days ago i have a couple pics in my journal, i'll post some here when i take some more.image.jpgimage.jpg

Some of my Thelma pheno's of the Sour Kush easily went 12 weeks. Thelma was basically a twin from seed and I got two sprouts from the 1 seed. Louise ended up hermying and Thelma was perfectly fine (very strange). Anyway, I kept Thelma for a few runs but the 12 week flowering wasn't exactly ideal for my set so it was let go. It's a shame that the pieces of shit behind riu can't get it together to get our photo albums back otherwise I would have posted a few pics of her........

Like i explained before im not surewhat is what, but i have one lady in particular that has a "blue" color to it, i suspect this could be the sour kush x deep blue strain. It looks the dankest out of all the ladys and has a scent that seems way differnt than the others not to mention trich production looks super impressive.
All of this coming out this run is primarily for me and my family, so im looking to get all i can as far as quality out of this grow. So im gong to sit tight and wait them out. None of the 4 ladys i have left in the room are showing much amber, not even on the main colas, so im not planning on chopping till i get some more amber showing up. Thanks for the advice!

If it is the SKxDB then Thelma the Sour Kush hardly part of the equation hardly had any amber showing up even at 12 weeks.

So when or what should I look for as far as harvesting with max potency? She can't last but so much longer though, she's eating up her fan leaves (suspected SKxDB), but aesthetically it is the best looking and the smell is definitely unique compared to other ladies.
On a side note just smoked off of the last plant I harvested and it's the dank! I upload a pic of it. And my 11 clones are beginning to get a little big don't want them growing to much longer before they get put in the room to flower, the sun has been kind to them these last few weeks.

When calyxes have swollen and stigmas have receeded, the plant for me is hitting maturity. I tend not to look at trichs because I have found that different plant s mature differently, so the clear, milky, amber trichomes assessment is applying a uniformed rule to a non uniformed process across a range of many different strains.
