They have USA patents for most every possible medical use extractions even cannabinoids. Yll need to do something I just seen this posted at MNS forum it looks like some bad shit. The feds have all their ducks in a row so they reschedule cannabis every dispensary, medical growers, candy and drink producers even extract producers will be breaking federal patent laws from what I gather they need to be stopped. Does the date really change anything? Its not that old and they are legit patents so if the USA rescheduled marijuana everyone in the business is screwed plain and simple those are USA patents they conspired this shit don't believe me give it 3-5 years see what happens its clear as day.

The MS society and some MS doctors here in Canada will support patients use of Sativex ( GW , Bayer ), but not medical marijuana.
If people are concerned about Monsanto, they should also be concerned about GW.

They can't patent all use of cannabis in general. They are patenting their specific strain (which is bullshit but what can you do). The bigger threat is that they just have money to throw at politicians to try and get other laws passed to protect them. The patents aren't really the big threat.

US patent # 6630507..." Cannabinoids as Antioxidants and Neuroprotectants" acquired in 2001 and holds it til 2021

Yes....... The Federal government has had a patent on the Medical properties of/in marijuana for 13 years already

The Federal Government beat GW to the patent office by a decade and already have a patent on all forms of Cannabinoinds used for pills

GW better rethink this !!!! they will be sued

Only problem is they got all them patents in the USA so they must be legit. They don't want the little man making good money on medical herb they want the money politicians are not gonna allow us to grow herb just like we can't grow our own poppy/laudanum for pain. This shit is straight up shut down Canada is getting screwed too just a little sooner one company is taking it over you need to buy or face jail time. If you think our government won't just look at our grimy money hungry polititians. I doubt the med producers are sending millions to Washington but GW will along with Monsanto.

There's quite a few who take marinol, it is much easier to obtain a script and easier to explain to a employer.
