i tried "FIMING" and i believe it def created more growth. thank you :) i cant wait
It does help. Have you noticed any splashing with the drip ring? I and many others use aluminum foil to cover the top of the bucket. By end of my first grow it turned half the tent brown from the nutrient residue splashing all about.

If you stick with the farm, try topping once, LST and scrogging it. With that method I've never had to veg past 35 days from seed sprouting. The plant in the picture I posted was vegged for 31 days. I love seeing people grow with waterfarm. Wish more would honestly.

Go to wally world, get some yarn and dryer tape. IT works great for LST'ing with a waterfarm. Tape the string down to the sides of the bucket. To make a scrog screen just get some wood screws, and more yarn and some 1x2's from lowes or home depot, they can cut them to size. I made my screen for 8 dollars I believe. Been a while so I forgot the exact number but it was stupid cheap. I originally used chicken wire, and that shit is a bitch. I strongly advice against it.

Here's a picture of it...

care to supply me with a good newbie link to get informed about water-farm growing?, I must say u have awakened my curiosity :)
i honestly wish i could direct you to another thread. but i have yet searched for one. i can tell you that General Hydroponics has some very cool systems and this is just one of their simply systems. they have some real bad ass systems for clones and all that

If you want to change light schedules just change it. But don't run the lights 24 hours straight, leave them off for 24 to get to your new on time. Don't adjust them. Do it all at once. Sorry for the thread jack...

Yes. If they usually come on at 7am and go off at 7pm just leave them off from 7pm and in the dark until you want them back on, like at 7pm. Then youre on the new schedule, lights on from 7 pm to 7 am. So they'd be in the dark 24 hours. Make sense? I do this at the start of summer for my room to control heat. And don't do this repeatedly. A one time change is fine, but don't monkey with the schedule again. Too many changes can induce hermies and you don't want that...
