A brilliant, witty and 'nailed it' post vanished recently.
I don't know if it was CENSORED or not.
It was started by a comic genius and others joined in.
the lampooning was gut busting and most of you will never get that laugh.
Tell me i'm wrong
Tell me somebody here, on the right (very far, far, far right-shit that scares a rational Southern baptist) did not slink off crying foul to mods.
Tell me i have it all wrong
tell me satire is ok to censor whilst snide racism is, seemingly, fine
tell me the playing field is level
For those who know, hustler had to defend it's right to free speech against jerry fallwell
the subject fallwell found offensive was a cartoon which insinuated that falwell was the product of incest
that is a very offensive thing to do. The supreme court found in favour of hustler
I will pm anyone the starting point of this when i have time. please bear with me if I'm slow
It is very funny to anyone with any sense of humour
I make no accusation. This is legit. I really would like to know where the thread went.
I really do want someone to tell me what has occurred here.
Anyone can read through my stuff.
I'm a very fair guy. I try very hard to treat people with respect.
When i am wrong i admit it. I am a man of peace.
People seem to enjoy what i have to say. check for yourself
I try to ease my own suffering and that of those around me via humour.
I try to: encourage others to 'kill' it in there grows-i know a bit and try to help though i have many grow to do to reach zenbud master level 9 (lol); 'kill' pain and misery with laughter; 'kill' ignorance and hate with truth; 'kill' darkness with and light; and, finally, 'kill' discord with peace and harmony.
May sound like i'm an egotistical nutter with some kind of christ complex. Not true. Read my posts, then decide. i am not perfect and will apologize with humility when wrong. I have flaws. Many. But I do care. And i do care about your right to free speech as i do mine.
