With all due respect Mike, I made multiple orders in the past 2 months from the Tude and each order was packaged differently...sometimes in a box, sometimes in a padded envelope, and there was nothing on the package that would indicate that the sender was the Tude. On the other hand I guess the tracking number identifies the sender which would bolster your argument. I do know this for a fact: Every item that passes through customs is digitally scanned and an electronic image of package is stored, complete with the address. Even my little local post office does this. I know this because I went to the local USPS distribution center looking for an order that tracking said was delivered but it was not in my box. So I gave them the tracking# and they called up an image of the package and they knew right away it was delivered to the wrong house number because the Europeans like to put a horizontal line thru the 7 making it look like a 4. They were able to call the truck, retrieve the package and I picked it up. Anyway it would be a very simple computer application to match the scanned image's addresses to a database of previously seized addresses and you can bet your ass that customs has this system. I'm thankful my orders don't come through Chicago. I hope things ease up for you all.

Massachusetts would be New York?
yeah it should be ny unless a huge storm comes by and takes out power for weeks. then it would go to chi town, so i wouldn't order during that time.

when ny gets back running smooth again, then they will start going to ny again.

I got my beans, un stealthily as fuck, VIA www.bitcoinseedstore.com as Sea of seeds is DOWN. Probably got their accounts seized by fed's or something.... it's been OVER a month and sea of seeds wont process bitcoin orders so I had to find an alternative.
I also live on the east coast and NY customs is loose as hell with their security ;) Kennedy,NY to be exact. Plus, is better to order shit around major holidays as so much mail needs to be delivered people tend to let things slide. to all those that lost your seeds, I read the article about the feds (some what illiterate high school drop out) were taking your beans and writing nasty remarks. You should get together and complain to congress that someone is going through your mail.

Attitude Seeedbank also made me sign for the package! I first ordered back in October without guarantee and the package never showed up. I read some reviews that it was just hit-or-miss if it gets through Chicago so I placed another larger order in November with the guarantee and stealth delivery. Three attempts later and still no package received (even signed for it the third time!). No response from Attitude now and it has been several days. Try another company because these foreigners love to screw Americans. These people are making thousands of dollars a day with the scam setup they have going on. Probably not even feminized or high quality strain seeds. They just send any skank weed seeds because they know it's going to get confiscated and you will be out the cash. They probably just make sure it takes longer than 45 days so you can file a complaint with your credit card or bank to reverse the charge.
you received no package, but you signed for it? Those of you that think Attitude is a scam or they send bunk seeds knowing they will be confiscated are morons. What about all the people that get their seeds? Now you're saying Attitude knows which packages are going to get confiscated? So, they control Customs now, as well as our mail system? Awesome. Tell you what, if you would attempt to think a little bit, you would probably realize Attitude wouldn't be where they are today if they were a scam. Problem is, so many idiots use fake names and addresses when ordering, or try to scam Attitude by claiming seeds didn't show up trying to take advantage of guaranteed shipping , or the clowns who try to stop credit card payments to Attitude because Customs got their seeds.
Something tells me it is your attitude, not the Attitude, that is the problem here.

You would think if Attitude was a legitimate business, right? But it's just a scam now they get their money. You as the customer are the only one that gets screwed ordering from this European seedbank. Just have somebody mail them from Colorado now, lol.
Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, or traducement—is the communication of a false statement that harms the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal action to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. If I run Attitude, I would make an example out of you. You think you lost money on a few seeds? A couple days off work to sit in front of a judge would change your mind i bet.
You want to call Attitude a scam? Fine. Prove it. I know if it is my business being defamed, I am fighting.

Just got green taped after the first attempt was green taped and the second attempt never showed. Attempt number three made it through customs in 3 days and was still snagged. How quickly it moves through ISC doesn't matter. Also, the issue is that the method that Attitude sends them says on the package "May officially be opened"

Seriously, why in the flying fuck would they do that? Do they think it makes it easier to go through customs? No, it doesn't. It just means that the customs agents and newly appointed drug czar will gladly (and with the attitude's permission) open our PRIVATE parcels.
I'm not pissed at attitude, just disappointed. But, I'm not going to buckle or fold. I'm going to continue to demand re-shipments until they get this shit right.
It's a package from overseas, most of them say that. It is not Attitude giving permission to Customs to open the package, it is to let you know the package can be opened by customs. It is not a heads up that it is an Attitude package. Don't believe that Attitude is the one who puts that on the package anyway. Not even sure how you could think otherwise. A whole world of info at our fingers, and people don't understand simple shit like this.

Sounds like these are all in the post?
why dont y'all just use fedex or UPS?
An overnight ( or 2 day) package of documents cost a few bucks more but gets there overnite unmolested, and doesnt even see that guy in chicago.

it isnt the carrier, it all has to pass through customs first before the carrier ever even sees the package.

this is the work of one of our many fine government agencies.

In my state if the beans are caught by customs they dont send you a letter..they send it to the state police who show up at your door step with a drug sniffing dog and raid your home.
If you live in Indiana do not order seeds to a dirty location.Order them to a secure location.Where nothing is wrong. everything is clean and sterile.Or hope you have a friend in another state who can order them for you. When i have ordered in the past..after the raid. I order huge amounts of genetics at the same time and keep my fingers crossed.Ive still got beans and strains i havnt popped or run out three years latter from my last order.I figure the fewer order the fewer chances to get caught.

It's a good bet Chicago ISC has a database that contains the recipients' addresses of seized orders. This means it doesn't matter who you order from, once seized your address is flagged and all subsequent orders to that address will be targeted for examination. This would account for the multiple bonings many are experiencing.
I was afraid of this too, but I dont think thats the case. Attitude shipped my order a total of three times, with the first two being seized and the third making it through. Plus, that'd be a hell of an automated system theyd need to be able to automatically pick out flagged addresses and hold the mail. Least, it seems like it would be :P

At least you got a letter from customs, my package sat in the facility for nearly a month, no letter didn't receive the bag I ordered with it, nothing. Just absorbed into the system.
