I have visited Georgia a few different times and from all I know cannibas has always been very illegal here... but driving through this time I saw billboards for dispencaries?? Is this just legal hemp bs they are trying to say is legit stuff? Also same question with Tennessee... seems like maybe thats just Nashville though? Inquiring minds want to know what's up?

In Ga. Low THC only, I can’t even figure out Tn, but it sounds more restrictive than Ga. Glad I live in a “Free State”.

GA Native. It’s decriminalized but still no cultivation or sale allowed. Cops turn a blind eye for the most part, but most of the shops are CBD, delta9, etc. nothing with any significant thc content. They’ve been selling medical cards for years but no way for patients to access. It’s all a money scam for the most part.

Atlanta is decriminalized. You’re right though. Outside of ATL you better drive straight. GSP don’t play.
I am always on my best behavior while there for sure lol

funny story on this trip when we got to our destination I noticed there were a LOT of police around like a lot and many different kinds of police vehicles.... well we drove by the convention center and sure enough... there was a state police convention there for like the first 3 days of our trip.. oh AND it was on an island (probably gives away where I was to locals but whateves lol) I was like are you serious lol It's a good thing we play the role of "fine upstanding citizens" well when in public!
