Should I use a bunch of spare change for gas, and go to the dispensary now?
Or should I wait till I can get a free ride and go later?

Not enough info, how long till the ride? how much smoke (do you have left) till the ride? will the ride xpect you to smoke (yours) with them? Did you make sure to see if the shop has any specials going (never hurts to call and ask)?
