they have to be out by friday. bank foreclosed. i have been growing in their yard for a few years now. it's on a quiet street and all the neighbors are cool. for the right person this could be a really good opportunity. HUGE yard. :-P :weed:
 
Id love to be your neighbor..hopefully you will get someone else cool there...happy growing...

How much is it going for?
 
the bank hasn't even come in yet so it may be a few. it has a nice little shop out back that would make a perfect indoor grow area. it's one of those prefab shop type things. 8 dudes came in and built it in a day. it's wired and insulated with a door and windows. she said i could have it if i could move it. it's probably 15 X 30, maybe a little bigger.
 
You better find 8 guys to move that shit! That shop sounds awesomely good, and it's pretty much a "plug-n-go".
 
Faded, I'll do indoor, you do outdoor? Then when I harvest we can smoke and work on the outdoor op 8)
 
how where they letting you use their yard to grow but still didnt have the cash for morgage?

I'm actually looking to move soon I need complete relocation. Only wish I could afford that house looks like renting for me :(

i'm not sure what's going on with it. i think she said 140 but i could be waaaaaay off on that number. i'll try to get more info today. i'm gonna go over and pillage in a few. :cool:

140k for a house in legal nor cal????????????? damn..... whats the limit to how many you can have??? i know its 99 in humboldt county {plants}

whatever you can prove you need is the limit, statewide. don't go over 99 plants or the feds come in though.
 
140k is a cheap house, if I lived there and it was a nice neighborhood and locale I would slap a mortgage on that right now!!

And why on earth would you need more than 99 plants anyway?!?! Hahaha I'd be happy with 5........
If you wanna live in a decent neighborhood here it gets so expensive, just for some land which is down the road from whereI am living, bare land, is $200,000!! Fucking theivery!
 
I've been considering moving westward (I guess it's just the Manifest Destiny in me). Any reccomendations from Californians for a good city with: cheap rent, close to nature/mountains, the ability to cultivate my medicine legally.

We're inking the deal on our place today; got the approval back today. That would be nirvana to have a block of cool friends all growing together, looking out for one another. If we could sell one of our rental homes back in Ga we could buy that place but not unless we could cash out of one of those.
