Is that a 14.4 molino inline pre cooler in the case?

Thanks for the reply Tom. Yes that is a Molino PC. It is for The piece of shit "Mad scientist " Bong I got from them, The thing is so top heavy that if you look at it wrong it would fall over.
I really like the weed star tube I just got, It is very big and very heavy. However I will not be ordering from EDIT anymore. I was very displeased with their customer service or lack there of.

I purchased the weed star "mad professor" and have been happy with it
They have horrible customer service I would agree with you there
I ordered this inline pre cooler, but they sent me this one. Thing is useless to me, my bong is 18.8 and they sent me a 14.4 precooler. Not only does the thing not even look like the one I ordered but it isn't diffused either. Bastards!

I need one because when I go to pull the slide, the diffuser wants to come with it. I have never had the need for one up till now. This is the first bong that I have had the problem with the slide sticking so much.

Is the female end where you put the slide completely dry?
I have had that problem when there was a little water in between where it almost made a seal when I went to pull out the slide
If there is any moisture try drying it out completely and see if that fixes the problem
If that isn't the problem than shoot me a link to where you can get them things

Thanks Fried! Yeah I am pretty happy with the bong but wait till you see the Slide that came with it, The hole in it is so big I can fit a AAA battery through it. lol I will post a pic and show you.
Im glad I got that slide from Fdd or my new tube would be useless.
