Rules and regulations???

i guess he does have a point like in the chat is the worst when someone goes in there to ask a question and everyone freaks out about how the people in their are gods and they dont have time to help someone so just read the forums...i have a better idea get the fuck out of the chat room or at least make a seperate chat room for questions...this site is however one of the best out there in my opinon and dont get me wrong i understand where the rules come in to keep things ordered but there are better rules...make it so idk anyone who has posted over 50 times can ask questions in chat or something so its just not people who r here for one thing but people who are here all the time trying to learn are getting so discouraged by the riu elite...or so selfproclaimed elite...idk i agree with both sides but something needs to be changed about the regulation of material

lol mabey thats is how i should have said it. i see these rules the same way as i do pot being illegal. isnt fair to all... and doesnt make sense... there is nothing i like more than to take an arrogent person down a peg. i am an angry person why not i have to live in a world where my pot questions get 10 times less replies than my hate post... whats the deal!?
