$20-30 US and some seeds would do the job. I'm sure someone can help him find the rest he needs for free.

dude thanks. the problem is that every thread i started people told me to buy gear in the amount of 100 euros, and he doesnt have that. please, if you have cheaper ways to go, just tell me. i would be glad to make panhead have no costs to pay. if you want we can make a thread aside from this one for you to explain that to me. my wish is to have nooone to pay for this but myself

my friend is 18, he quited school cause of his disease, and he is stuck in is house. he cant come out unless he is to deal with more mental pain, so he can't work to earn money to pay for his gear. all his money goes to buy low quality hash, so he can't save money. his parents are having financial problems to pay his therapy, so they can't give him more money they already give. he gets 40 euros every month, you see, and it goes all to hash.

40 euros will buy you 3 grams of hash and that wouldn't do anything at all for a med patient especially as you say its per month.

the problem here is that natmoon is difaming me. i was the one who told panhead the case of my friend, and what i asked him was if he knew some cheap light gear kits, cause i was hoping to get one for my friend.panhead had the idea to start this thread, so i followed him. then this smart ass comes and tells me i'm lying to every single you for like, 3 grams of weed every month?dont i have the right to be angry?

You can get weed or hash for free in Portugal with a cite/med card and there are many coffee shops that do reduced prices for medicinal users and even Portuguese pot forums.

Hes here on an American site hoping that no one will know about his country's laws so he can blag people.
He knows full well that he would be laughed off of one of his own country's sites.
