Hey guys, I have got girl scout cookies from fastbuds in this stage (see pictures). Should I start topping it already?

Bouta run a 4x8 tent with two 900-1000w hps cool tubes in 8 10 gallons pots. Im wondering what kind of yields I can expect from this grow. Im planning on using a high yielding strain and want at least 112g dry from each plant. Is this doable?
