william's wonder

Hi everyone, I am doing my first ever grow outdoors in the Seattle area, I have 12 plants in 25 and 45 gallon fabric pots. One of my plants is "William's Wonder" and I have read that she won't begin flowering outdoors. Does anyone have experience with this strain? Will she not flower outdoors...
