what is wrong with this plant

Could someone tell me what is happening with my 2 plants? The strain is red poison so they are soppose to be a bit red but i don't know if this pale green is normal for this strain or is there something wrong? And also something is happening to the tips of the leafs. Please help, i don't know...

I have been trying to find out what is wrong with this plant. The only thing I found on google that looks similar to this is the mosaic virus but apparently that will spread to other plants and its been around other plants for weeks and i haven't seen any signs that its spreading. The plant...
