trimming problem

Hi I got carried away with trimming my plants to day they seems quite close to harvest so I decided to go mad with trimming off fan leaves and sugar leaves. What should I do should I cut them down or will they survive ????

Soo... Here's my issue. I was involved in an accident that put me in the hospital and in a spot where i was unable to attend to my plants for the last 3/4 weeks. I was able to have someone water them, but that was tough to begin with. So not being able to properly trim them until last week...
