topped fimed

Hello everyone this is my first grow, I started growing for my dad who has cancer and weed helps him a lot. I recently fimmed the plants and I’m wondering if I did it right or not I will attach a photo. Also would I be able to tell the sex yet? Thank you so much for your responses. Much love.

Should I wait or go ahead and top again at red marks.

I tried to top this plant regularly but I guess I missed? You can tell where I tried to top because the two stems are cut at the same length. Will this be a problem? Picture attached.
