Ok so a year ago I bought the galaxy select a watt 1000w ballast. I loved this thing but right after Christmas a storm ravaged the area. But out of all my equipment the only thing affected was my galaxy ballast. It fired up for a good 3 seconds then darkness filled the garden of weeden. My best...
