Germinated 4 of my greenpoint seeds and one isn't opening up but it popped above ground. Think it'll eventually pop open?

Right now I'm running Critical Kush, Pineapple Express, T44 Bubblegum, NL Chronic, and Super Lemon Haze. I buy a ton of seeds and these are the ones that have "made it" into the rotation. I feel like buying some new genetics- heavy yielding, big time THC content, maybe something different than...

So my question is. When the breeder says 9 or 10 ect weeks from seed what does this mean exactly? The budding process is 9-10 week or from seed to harvest .. First time auto grower..
