I wanted to do an exhaust muffler build without any serious tools, hardware cloth, or loose fill. Supplies: 2x 5 Gal bucket (on sale at ACE for 2.99 ea) 1x Roll duct tape (if you don't already have this just give up) 12 2" thick 1'x1' acoustic foam pads. (9.99 on amazon per 6 pack) 1 6"...

Just made this for my room, cost about $20 and cut my fan noise by 3/4, all you need is a bucket with a lid 2 150mm duct connectors some mesh to roll the center pipe and some polyester stuffing
