kellogs patio plus

The only thing I could find in my area that wasn’t miracle gro was Kellogg’s patio plus. The only problem with that is I hear it is too hot for seedlings. My seeds are just now starting to grow tails n I’m going to plant in solo cup tomorrow. I need to know if it ok to use KPP for the seedlings...
